Who is Jose Felix Cruz: Cloud Security Professional & Digital Marketer!
Hello, I’m Jose Felix Cruz. I served 13 years on active duty in the United States Navy as an Aviation Electrician. During that time, I worked on mission-critical aircraft systems and supported secure network compliance in classified and unclassified environments. The military taught me discipline, accountability, and how to lead under pressure. Today, I serve as a U.S. Navy Reservist while building my career in cybersecurity and cloud security.
My Journey
My career started in high-responsibility technical environments. In the Navy, failure was not an option. Systems had to work. Security had to be followed. Teams had to perform.
Alongside my military service, I built strong experience in digital marketing and web development. For over 16 years, I have worked on:
- SEO strategy
- Paid advertising campaigns
- Website design and optimization
- Cloud-based automation systems
- Data analytics and performance tracking
While marketing helped businesses grow, cybersecurity protects that growth. That is why I shifted my focus.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security from Colorado Technical University. I am now completing my Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University.
